OPERATIONS.

Operations is the beating heart of our organization with the customer at its core. Together with over 300 colleagues we contribute daily to the realization of the housing dreams of 420,000 households in the Netherlands through a mortgage that fits.

Operations consists of the departments Midoffice, Backoffice, Customer Contact Center, Customer Care and Lean&Innovation. The colleagues in these departments ensure that all processes surrounding the provision and management of mortgages run smoothly and efficiently: from application to repayment! Together they ensure that lenders can be successful on the Dutch mortgage market.
