This is why the final phase of our application process consists of a pre-employment screening. We can only process your application if you agree to this.

Our pre-employment screening policy consists of at least the following components:

• Identity check

• Investigation of irregularities

• Address verification

• Verification of diploma(s)

• Verification of employment history of the last five years

• Creditworthiness

• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

Our screenings are performed for us by a specialized screening agency, namely Validata. We do not pass any of your data to this agency. You will receive a link from Validata and you must enter and upload your data yourself on the Validata website.
