As Administrative Support Employee within Operations, you work within the Acceptance department and are an essential link in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and customer journeys.

What will you be doing?

In your role as Administrative Support Employee, you will perform various administrative tasks and ensure that daily activities run smoothly. You process and verify customer data, manage files, and ensure efficient handling of incoming documents. Your work directly contributes to careful and customer-oriented service.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Entering, checking, and processing customer data, such as contact details and bank account numbers in our system (QSP);

  • Managing, checking, and processing incoming file documents;

  • Maintaining telephone contact with external parties, such as notaries;

  • Processing lists, data entry, and status updates within our system;

  • Ensuring timely transfer of mortgage funds to the notary;

  • Handling emails and managing 2nd-line telephone calls.

  • Daily processing of mortgage mutations and managing customer files;

  • Supporting the execution of administrative processes within the Management department.

Job requirements

This is you

  • MBO level of education, preferably supplemented with WFT-Basis;

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience;

  • Accuracy and precision in your work;

  • Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;

  • Knowledge of administrative processes and experience with software such as Microsoft Office;

  • Affinity with the mortgage market or interest in further development within this field;

  • Familiarity with the Lean method and tools is a plus.

  • Independence – You know what needs to be done and proactively take on tasks without constantly needing guidance.

  • Problem Analysis – You identify deviations in processes and actively work on solutions to improve efficiency.
