As Account Manager Preventive Management you are the first point of contact for private customers who need help to prevent or solve financial problems. You provide insight into their mortgage, advise on long-term affordability and offer customized solutions. Whether it's restructuring their mortgage or setting up a payment plan, you ensure the best outcome.

Specifically, this means:

• Proactive customer contact: You help customers with potential payment problems and give them clear and empathetic advice.
  
• Financial analyses: You assess risks, perform thorough analyses and come up with viable solutions for the customer.
  
• Solution-oriented work: Whether it's about making payment arrangements or other solutions, you have an eye for the interests of both the customer and Quion.
  
• Calling leads: You actively engage with customers who need extra help, for example around the end date of their mortgage or reaching retirement age.
  
• Administration and reporting: You maintain client files accurately and ensure that all information and progress is well documented.
  
• Collaboration: You will work closely with legal, finance and customer service departments to provide the best service.

What you need.

• Education: HBO working and thinking level;
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position, with experience in performing and reviewing financial analysis. For example as a Mortgage or Financial Advisor
  
• Professional knowledge: Basic knowledge of both old and new mortgage products. You have WFT Basis and WFT Mortgage Credit.
  
• Customer-oriented: Excellent advisory skills and experience with complex customer contact.
  
• Good command of the Dutch language
  
• Methodology: Experience with the Lean method and tools is a plus.
