What will you do?
As Account Manager Preventive Management, you are the point of contact for private customers in preventing or solving future mortgage (payment) problems. You give the customer insight into the course and affordability of the mortgage in the future and offer the customer solution options. If necessary, you restructure the mortgage for the client. You manage your own client portfolio and are responsible for good quality and high customer satisfaction. In addition, you are familiar with the guidelines of the AFM in the field of Preventive Management.
To keep everything on the right track, you take care of all additional administrative tasks and keep the client file up-to-date. Given the subject matter, conversations with clients can be emotionally charged. It is therefore important that you have knowledge of mortgages, are empathetic and are strong in the face of any resistance. Ultimately, your customer satisfaction is high as is your quality of work.
The following customer journeys are part of your job:
- Mortgage information call; no advice but help in answering customer questions such as;
- How can I reduce my mortgage burden?
- I am approaching retirement age; what is the best thing to do now?
- Service call mortgages; how can I best help customer? Outbound calls to customers regarding;
- End of term
- Repayment-free mortgage in combination with risk of debt default.
Some of the other work;
- Customer contact: You are the point of contact for customers with potential payment problems. You communicate empathetically and professionally to understand and analyze their financial situation.
- Financial Analysis: You perform thorough financial analysis to identify and assess risks. You identify the causes of potential problems and develop appropriate solutions.
- Solution-oriented Work: You negotiate feasible payment arrangements with clients and discuss other solutions, taking into account the interests of both the client and Quion.
- Administration: You keep detailed records of all client interactions and appointments. This includes keeping systems and documentation up-to-date.
- Reporting: You report regularly to your manager on the progress of files and possible risks and opportunities.
- Collaboration: You will work with internal departments such as legal, finance and customer service to find the best solutions for the client and ensure client satisfaction.
Job requirements
What you need.
- Education: HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position, with experience in performing and reviewing financial analyses.
- Professional knowledge: Basic knowledge of both old and new mortgage products. You have WFT Basis and WFT Hypothecair Krediet (preferably supplemented with WFT Vermogen).
- Customer-oriented: Excellent advisory skills and experience with complex customer contact.
- Skills: Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing. You are familiar with administrative processes and automated systems, such as QSP & OM tools, and have knowledge of modern software applications (such as Microsoft Office).
- Methodology: Experience with the Lean method and tools is a plus.
