Are you an energetic and communicative Mortgage Advisory Specialist with a talent for building strong relationships and sharing knowledge? And would you like to use your up-to-date professional knowledge to advise, support and further develop employees of De Hypothekers Associatie (DHA), franchisees and mortgage advisors? Then we would like to meet you!

What are you going to do?

As a Mortgage Advisory Specialist, you will be the crucial link between DHA and franchisees across the country. You will build strong relationships with our franchisees and mortgage advisors and support them with your in-depth knowledge of the latest developments in your field. You are the driving force behind advising our internal clients and monitor the quality of our advice to consumers. Continuous improvement is your motto! You dive into advice files, assess them based on laws and regulations and provide structured feedback to our advisors in the country. You analyze the knowledge needs and if necessary organize trainings, workshops or webinars for your region or even the entire country. If necessary, you write specialist articles. You know how to translate signals from your reviews into concrete improvements in our processes and the quality of our advice to clients. You make the difference and contribute to the growth and development of our employees and organization!

You are a specialist who tackles second-line issues about laws and regulations, taxation and social regulations. Moreover, as a subject matter specialist, you participate in projects and working groups, where your insights contribute to innovative improvements within our organization.

What do you bring.

• Experienced professional with HBO working and thinking level with relevant work experience;
  
• Excellent research skills, you have a positive-critical attitude and a proactive attitude;
  
• Excellent communication skills. You are able to manage stakeholders and set priorities;
  
• You are in possession of the statutory WFT diplomas (basic, mortgage, consumer and capital);
  
• You are familiar with the mortgage advice process;
  
• You are an Approved Mortgage Planner or are willing to undergo the relevant training at short notice.
