Then we have an interesting challenge for you. As Senior Business Developer at Quion you play a key role in the growth and innovation of our services.
What will you do?
As Senior Business Developer you are responsible for identifying and developing new propositions and acquiring new portfolios and clients. You analyze the market and translate opportunities into strategic initiatives that contribute to Quion's growth.
In short, as a Senior Business Developer:
Identify new propositions in collaboration with the Chief Business Development Officer.
Perform market analysis and collect data to support new initiatives.
Prepare business cases and decision-making documents for executive level.
Coordinate and manage RFP processes for potential new and/or existing customers, including stakeholder management .
Prepare strategic client presentations in collaboration with Marketing & Communications.
This is you
You are analytically strong, entrepreneurial and know how to translate market developments into innovative propositions. You work independently and interact effectively with stakeholders at board level. Within the Business Development team, you will have the space to develop strategic initiatives and contribute to the further growth of Quion. You will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and work closely with colleagues from different disciplines.

Quion is one of the largest mortgage service providers in the Netherlands. We manage mortgages and consumer credit for renowned national and international financial organizations. For these organizations, we are the business partner that helps them serve their clients successfully in a rapidly changing world. We connect supply and demand in housing finance. Our ambition:

Job requirements
What do you need for this position?
Need-to-haves:
WO working and thinking level, preferably with a relevant education.
At least 3 years of business development experience, preferably within a financial services company.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify strategic opportunities.
Proven experience in developing propositions and managing RFP processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with board level stakeholders.
Creativity and strategic insight to develop innovative business models.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of market developments within the mortgage and outsourcing market.
Experience with complex decision-making processes within financial organizations.
Affinity with technical innovations and digitalization within the financial sector.
