What will you do?
As senior employee Mortgage Service Center you are the contact person for your colleagues and you ensure that everyone at the Mortgage Service Center can learn and grow. You will ensure continuous improvement in terms of conversation skills and professional knowledge. You listen in on conversations with your colleagues and give them tips and feedback so they can do their job even better. You analyze the achieved results of the team and think of opportunities to further optimize the call quality.
In addition, in this position you have an important task in shaping the content of the induction program and training groups of new colleagues. Finally, you are the point of contact for the entire department.

What do you need for this position?

Furthermore
You have at least an MBO level 4 diploma.
You have at least 3 years experience within an inbound telephony environment
Do you have knowledge of mortgage processes
You have a good command of the Dutch language
Are you in possession of your WFT basis and WFT Hypothecair krediet or are you willing to obtain these on short term
