Job description
Do you know how to monitor the quality of processes and coach your colleagues in the right way? Do you want to put quality management further on the map within Quion? Do you have experience in the financial industry? Then the position of Employee Quality is something for you!
What are you going to do?
As Employee Quality you are responsible for monitoring the quality of the primary operational processes. You perform daily quality checks within the various operational teams of Quion, to assess whether the mortgage files meet the set requirements. In addition, you perform internal audits and initiate (quality) improvement projects in cooperation with the Lean Experts. For the team managers you are the advisor regarding the quality level of the employees within his/her team and the possible actions to be taken. You also provide training for the various operational teams on “quality of processes”. Furthermore, you are closely involved in the transition to more automated controls during the process. As a specialist in the field of QA you like to share your experiences with your colleagues, so that the knowledge within Quion concerning quality management is raised to a higher level.
In short, as Quality Officer
You are responsible for establishing and updating quality procedures;
You record the results of the quality controls adequately in the quality reporting tool;
You maintain the quality reporting tool;
Periodically report quality control outcomes to internal and external stakeholders;
Provide insight into possible improvements in the primary operational processes, with solution-oriented advice;
Conduct calibration sessions with the operational teams based on the outcomes of the quality controls;
Advise team managers on the quality level of the employees within his/her team and any actions/agreements to be taken.

The Quality Officer we are currently looking for is a true professional in the field of the underwriting process. You get energy from transferring your knowledge and experience to your colleagues. You have good communication skills and a healthy dose of persuasiveness.
Furthermore
You have HBO work and level;
You have several years of experience in the field of acceptance processes and quality management;
Do you preferably have experience with automating quality controls;
Have you previously worked according to the PDCA cycle;
Are familiar with the Lean method and tools and their application;
In possession of WFT basic & mortgages.
