Head of Quality & Business Change

As Head of Quality & Business Change, you play a crucial role within Operations. You are responsible for continuously improving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction within the operations chain.

What will you do?

As Head of Quality & Business Change you play a crucial role within Operations. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction within the operational chain and translate change requirements of customers and internal stakeholders into efficient and manageable process solutions. In addition, you advise the Operations MT on risks and audits ISAE3402.

You report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and are part of the Operations Management Team.

Your responsibilities.

• Develop and implement efficient and manageable operational processes.

• Ensure continuous flow and assurance of process improvements.

• Coordinate and approve changes to processes and external change requests.

• Implement and maintain quality management processes and procedures.

• Establish quality objectives and monitor progress.

• Prepare and analyze quality reports and initiate improvements.

• Integrate Lean methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.

• Identify and initiate improvement opportunities and Lean projects.

• Train and coach employees in continuous improvement.

• Ensuring timely and correct handling of complaints.

• Preparing complaint reports and implementing improvements based on analyses.

• Lead teams within Quality & Business Change and contribute to their development.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

• Sparring partner for the Operations MT on risks, audits and process optimization.

• Keeping up to date and challenging the control framework to minimize risks.

• Supervise ISAE3402 audits.

You are

• Completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field (such as Quality Management, Risk Management, Lean Six Sigma).

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position.

• In-depth knowledge of quality management, risk management and Lean methodologies.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the financial sector.

• Experience with certifications such as, ISAE3402 and AVG.
