Are you a strategic and results-oriented professional with in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and experience in product management? Do you know how to develop and implement a future-proof product strategy? Then we are looking for you. As Head of Product Management at Quion, you will be responsible for the further development and management of our products and services, with a strong focus on innovation and market developments.

What will you do?

As Head of Product Management, you play a crucial role in the strategy and development of our products and services. Together with the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and the product managers, you will determine the vision for existing and new products and translate this into a realistic roadmap.

In short, as Head of Product Management:

• Create and implement a strategic product vision, aligned with market developments and customer needs.

• Ensure alignment with customers, supply chain partners and regulatory agencies to translate external needs into a clear product strategy.

• You manage and develop the Platform and Services Catalog, including product standards and procedures.

• Monitor laws and regulations and integrate relevant changes into product development.

• Own the Product Approval & Review Process (PARP) and determine product standards and pricing strategy.

• You lead a team of product managers and ensure their development and motivation.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and create focus within product development.

You are a strategic thinker who can quickly switch between different interests and are able to set a clear direction. You combine in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market with experience in product management and operational processes. As a leader, you know how to motivate teams and turn a vision into concrete results. You report to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and are part of the Management Team within the Commercial team.

For these organizations, we are the business partner that helps them serve their customers successfully in a rapidly changing world. We connect supply and demand in housing finance. This is you

• WO working and thinking level.

• Diplomas: WFT Basis, WFT Hypothecair Krediet and WFT Vermogen (WFT Consumptief and WFT Inkomen are an advantage).

• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Product Management and Product Strategy.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with operational processes within the financial sector.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.

• Experience with stakeholder management within complex organizations.

• Knowledge of IT and process optimization in relation to product development.

• Affinity with laws and regulations and compliance within financial services.

• You are able to balance different interests and have a keen eye for both the short and long term.

• You know when to be persistent in processes and when flexibility is required.
