Mortgage Underwriter Proactive (24-38 hours)

Would you like to help create customized divorce solutions? At Quion, the leading partner in the Dutch mortgage market, together with over 600 colleagues we support the entire mortgage chain. Part of this is the Capital Dissolution process within the Proactive Management department. This department consists of 23 colleagues.

What are we looking for?

Are you the (experienced) mortgage underwriter who is looking for more challenge and customization? As underwriter Proactief Beheer you are the specialist for complex mutations such as Principal Dismissal. You will assess the application from A to Z and, based on the current laws and regulations, test whether or not a principal release is feasible. Hereby the advisor and your colleagues but also the lenders are your most important sparring partners in which the client's interest comes first. Every case is different and this makes the work varied and challenging.

What will you do?

• Assess and process (complex) applications for joint and several discharge

• Perform credit assessments and take personal responsibility

• Optimize processes within the Capital Discharge Process

• Telephone customer contact with advisors, lenders and colleagues on complex mortgage modifications and participate in telephone and mailbox shifts

Who are you?

Whether you already have experience in mortgages and/or Capital Discharge or are looking to take a new step: at Quion, motivation is more important than experience! You are someone who:

• Has HBO working and thinking level (experience is a plus, but not a requirement)

• Has a proactive attitude and picks up new skills quickly

• Has strong communication skills and enjoys customer contact

• Is willing to obtain WFT certificates (such as WFT Basis and Hypothecair) with our support

• Has a passion for customized solutions and process improvement
