Your Work Environment

With approximately 600 colleagues, we are the outsourcing partner for ambitious organizations in the mortgage market, such as banks, investors, and insurers. BTG handles everything needed to offer and maintain mortgages, leveraging the power of innovative technology and excellent service.

As a Service Desk Employee, you will be part of the IT&D Run department. Together with three colleagues, you form BTG's IT Service Desk. Every working day, you are ready to help both internal and external users with questions and problems related to ICT services.

What Will You Do?

As a Service Desk Employee, you will provide first-line support to internal and external users regarding both functional and technical ICT services. You will act as second-line support for resolving hardware and software incidents on standard workplaces, setting up workplaces, and performing standard system technical tasks.

In summary, as a Service Desk Employee:

  • You provide first-line support for system/application users facing functional and technical problems and/or requests.
  • You engage third parties (second-line support) when necessary and monitor the execution.
  • You identify bottlenecks and time limit exceedances.
  • You create reports and make improvement proposals.
  • You are the point of contact for and manage communication devices.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You are the trusted IT face for the Quion organization.
