Job Description

As the Team Manager Workspace & Support, you are responsible for the quality IT and telephony performance at the workplaces for all BTG companies. You lead a dedicated team that handles and resolves incidents, questions, and complaints about system performance. You continuously work on improving processes and incident management, ensuring that your team evolves into a Centre of Excellence in "Workspace BTG". In this role, you report directly to the CTO, so communication lines to management are short. As the department manager, you have considerable freedom to lead your team effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily planning and organization of the team
• Optimizing team performance through coaching and development
• Leading and optimizing the incident management process within BTG
• Knowledge development and ambassadorship for the modern workplace within the organization
• HR responsibilities such as leave and recruitment

What You Bring:

• HBO work and thinking level
• ITIL Foundation certified
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, Autopilot, Intune, Jira, and Genesys
• 2-3 years of experience as a Service Desk coordinator
• Excellent command of the English language
• Preferably in possession of BiSL Foundation
