Where will you be working?

Blauwtrust Groep is a unique, independent group of organizations active in the entire Dutch mortgage chain — from consumer to investor. Through our subsidiaries Quion, ROMEO, and Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM), we serve customers both domestically and internationally.

BTG has a clear growth ambition and is in a phase of further professionalization and transformation. Compliance plays a key role in this: not only as a supervisor but especially as a strategic partner to the business.

What will you be doing?

As a Compliance Officer, you are the point of contact for compliance issues within Blauwtrust Groep. You operate at group level and have a specific focus on customers and regulators such as the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

You actively contribute to increasing compliance awareness within the organization and advise the business on the translation and implementation of laws and regulations. Additionally, you develop, maintain, and assess policies, procedures, and guidelines, and monitor compliance. Themes such as integrity, customer interest, duty of care, customer due diligence, and privacy legislation are familiar to you.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the progress of the compliance annual plan and adjusting where necessary;

• Developing, maintaining, and implementing BTG's compliance policy;

• Further professionalizing the Compliance Framework and assessing compliance;

• Conducting compliance analyses (for new laws and regulations, products, organizational changes, and projects);

• Organizing and facilitating compliance meetings with stakeholders.
