As Strategic Relationship Manager, you will report to the Director Strategic Relation Management and indirectly lead the multidisciplinary Client Team of your relationships. Together we strive to build and maintain strong relationships, retain and grow revenue, and achieve increasing stakeholder satisfaction.


What will you do?
As a Strategic Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You identify opportunities and build long-term business relationships that support the growth and success of the organization. Commercial success and satisfied customers are your drivers!


Your responsibilities as Strategic Relationship Manager include the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, internal and external;
- Co-turnover responsibility for Quion's existing clients;
- Establishing annual plans and Performance dialogues for own account;
- Understanding stakeholder needs, objectives and challenges;
- Identify and analyze developments and bottlenecks;
- Secure and implement external Governance for contractors;
- Manage contract agreements and compliance with service level agreements;
- Function as trusted advisor and partner to stakeholders;
- Reporting to the Director of Strategic Relationship Management.

What do you need for this position?

As a communicatively skilled and customer focused Strategic Relationship Manager you will make the difference within Quion with your entrepreneurial and problem analyzing skills. You are a team player and know how to convince people of your vision where the customer is central.

Job requirements:

- Minimum HBO/WO working and thinking level with subject related graduation;

- Demonstrable experience in relationship management or account management;

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial financial services;

- Knowledge of mortgage processes and laws and regulations;

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;

- Analytical thinking skills and strategic insight;

- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
