Advise Knowledge Specialist (36-40 hours)

Our goal? That our customers can live carefree in their own homes. Now and in the future. We are looking for a Mortgage Specialist for the position of Advisory Specialist, 36 - 40 hours.

The position

Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an Advisory Specialist. As an Advice Knowledge Specialist you are an important link between DHA and the franchisees/mortgage advisors in the country. You know how to build a good relationship with the franchisees and the mortgage advisors. You advise and support DHA employees, franchisees and mortgage advisors based on your up-to-date knowledge of developments in your field. Partly through reviews and office sessions (on site or through Teams) you support our franchisees based on the findings you identified from the advisory reports. You analyze whether there is a need for knowledge on a certain topic. If required, you organize a training, workshop or webinar for your own region or the entire country.

The Team

The Franchise Support Department, managed by the Team Manager Franchise Support, consists of the teams: Expertise Center Advisory Knowledge, Advisory Desk, Consumer Disputes and Recruitment and Training. The Advice Knowledge Expertise Center consists of seven specialists (including this vacancy) and an Advice Quality Coordinator.

What will you do?

• You will advise our internal client, monitor the quality of our advice to consumers and help to continuously improve;
• You review advice files based on laws and regulations and provide structured feedback on the advice files created by our advisors around the country;
• You keep your knowledge of laws and regulations up to date;
• You occasionally conduct training/workshops/webinars or participate in improving our training programs based on issues you have identified in the reviews of advisory reports;
• You know how to translate findings from your reviews into signals to continuously improve our processes and the quality of our advice to consumers;
• Gives specialist advice on second-line issues concerning laws and regulations, taxation and social regulations;
• Participates as a subject matter specialist in projects and working groups.

What do you bring?

• A hands-on professional with HBO working and thinking level;
• You know the advisory process around mortgages or are a mortgage consultant;
• You are in possession of the statutory WFT diplomas (basic, mortgage, consumer and capital);
• Good communication and written skills;
• Excellent research skills and you have a positive-critical attitude;
• You are an Approved Mortgage Planner or you are willing to undergo training for this in the near future.
