Your role as Product Consultant

Within our organization you are the right hand of the Product Manager and report to the Head of Product Strategy. You will participate in the development and management of our product vision and financial accountability. You play a crucial role in translating strategic goals into concrete product propositions and preparing and monitoring business cases.

What will you do?

• Strategic Product Vision: You will work with the Head of Product Strategy and the Product Manager on incoming requests, translate strategic goals into product propositions and monitor current market developments.
  
• Platform & Product Management: You translate our range of products and services into the Platform and Services catalog, manage content and secure product standards and procedures.
  
• Platform & Product Consultancy: You provide support in RFI and RFP, act as a sparring partner, translate customer requests into high-level business requirements and elaborate impact, cost and benefit analyses.

What do you bring?

• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market: You have a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, including trends, competitors and customer needs.
  
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to financial services: You are familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as financial supervisory law, mortgage law and privacy regulations.
  
• Diplomas: basic knowledge mortgages, WFT basis, WFT Hypothecair Krediet and WFT Vermogen (WFT Consumptief and WFT Inkomen are an advantage).
  
• PSPO certification (plus)
  

Regularly involved in Regulatory Change items

Within the team of Product Consultants you will be regularly involved in the Regulatory Change items on Quion's Roadmap. This concerns changes in laws and regulations that lead to adaptation of existing or the creation of new product and platform services. Examples include changes in financial supervision law, mortgage law and privacy regulations such as DORA, the Accessibility Directive, or changes to the TRHK.
