Operational Manager Acceptance

As Operational Manager Acceptance, you are the link between strategic objectives and operational execution within the Acceptance domain. You ensure the optimal deployment of capacity, manage the Workforce Management (WFM) chain and guarantee the quality of service, so that we always meet the agreements made with our customers. Together with your team you work on improving processes and performance to further grow Quion.

What will you do?

As Operational Manager Acceptance you are functionally responsible for the daily management within the Acceptance domain and the implementation of an integrated capacity plan. You functionally manage a team of team managers, supervisors and senior staff to achieve SLAs and quality targets. You will analyze historical data, guide the ongoing development of the WFM cycle and ensure that SLAs are monitored and adhered to. Working with various stakeholders, both internal and external, you ensure consistent decision making and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives. You are also responsible for supporting change processes.

This is you

• HBO/WO working and thinking level

• In possession of a WFT diploma or willingness to obtain one

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Workforce Management and experience with WFM tooling

• Experience in managing and coaching teams

• Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced)

• Experience with complex staff planning and issues

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
