The Role

As a Preventive Special Accounts Officer within the Mortgage Service Center, you are the first point of contact for clients dealing with (potential) payment issues. You provide a listening ear and work with clients to find sustainable solutions. Through preventive discussions, you guide clients in managing their mortgage payments. In this role, you not only develop your expertise but also have the opportunity to advance to a specialist or leadership position within Operations.

What Will You Do?

Preventive Client Conversations: You assist clients facing payment difficulties and answer questions about, for example, payment deferrals or missed payments. With your empathetic communication skills, you gain a clear understanding of their situation and offer appropriate solutions.

Service Conversations: You contact clients following a missed payment and remind them of their arrangements within a payment plan. You always prioritize the client’s interests and work accurately within our compliance guidelines.

Sustainable Solutions: Together with the client, you seek lasting solutions for payment issues.

Feedback and Quality: You strive for optimal client satisfaction and actively request feedback on the service provided. Thanks to your precision and eye for quality, clients always receive the correct answers.

Requirements

• You have an MBO Level 4 work and thinking level.
• Little or no experience in mortgages? No problem! Your enthusiastic and eager-to-learn attitude makes a big difference.
• Affinity with client interaction and/or special accounts management.
• WFT Basic certification (or willingness to obtain it within 12 months).
• Experience with the Lean method and customer-oriented processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other modern software applications.
