Do you get a kick out of answering incoming calls regarding the underwriting process of new mortgage applications? Are you someone who enjoys contact with advisors and lenders? Your work environment?
You will be working in one of the teams at our Mortgage Service Center. The core of this team is to provide an excellent service and thus make the advisors happy. This is our central focus!
This team is responsible for handling incoming phone calls from advisors who have submitted a mortgage application. Together with your colleagues, you do everything possible to achieve the best result for the customer and provide the intermediary with a satisfactory answer. You will do this independently or with the help of the underwriter in the second line. What are you going to do?
The basis of your work? That is handling incoming calls about underwriting processes. You are the specialist on the phone when it comes to providing information to intermediaries. These can be questions ranging from communicating the status of a new application to discussing missing documents.
You handle the question from start to finish and, using the lenders' frameworks, verify that this information is correct.
You think along solution-oriented with the intermediary's question. You identify improvement/bottlenecks in processes and pass these on to the team manager. Within the Mortgage Service Center we measure intermediary satisfaction based on the NPS Measurement. Your excellent conversation skills and professionalism contribute to high customer satisfaction.

What do you need for this position?

Furthermore

  • Minimum availability of 24 hours
  • At the start a training of the duration of 2 consecutive weeks.
  • Are you in possession of an MBO diploma level 4
  • Do you have at least 2 to 3 years experience in a service function
  • Do you have experience with telephone customer contact and experience with mortgages then we are looking for you!
  • Are you in possession of WFT Basis and WFT Mortgage Credit
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
