Your work environment

As Lean Expert you are part of the Quality & Lean department. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the execution of improvement projects and advice on processes within Quion.

What are you going to do?

You play a crucial role in creating a continuous improvement culture. You will oversee the compliance and implementation of uniform standards, in terms of process documentation with the aim of meeting the expectations and needs of our customers and applicable laws and regulations. You will also support, advise or coordinate improvement projects and changes in existing and new policies upon request and proactively provide recommendations for improving operational processes.

In short, as a Lean Expert:

• Develop, optimize and maintain work processes, taking into account continuously changing inputs and outputs.

• Perform problem analyses.

• Initiate and facilitate improvements of processes and ways of working in operations to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality of processes.

• Execute projects using improvement teams to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.

• Encourage knowledge transfer to employees.

• Coach various teams in daily and weekly operations.

• Conduct Lean training sessions.

• Manage and maintain process descriptions.

• You have an HBO working and thinking level.

• Are you in possession of a Lean Green Belt certificate or are you willing to obtain this on short notice.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience within the financial services industry is an advantage.

• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
