What will you do?

As a Learning & Development Specialist at De Hypothekers Associatie, you will be responsible for creating and developing the strategic plan for our training programs. You will liaise with the branches and departments at headquarters to continuously retrieve needs and use this to adjust the training program. You design and develop training programs aimed at increasing the knowledge, skills and competencies of our employees, including franchisees, customer advisors and commercial assistants. Your goal is for them to function optimally and continuously grow in their roles.

You will work on the following;

- Analyze training needs and developments of training programs aimed at increasing knowledge, skills and competencies of all employees. Here you will know how to combine various learning methods and learning strategies to develop engaging and effective training programs.

- Collaborate with various departments within Hypotheker to achieve the best possible outcome for the country, using the expertise and resources available. You will closely monitor developments and trends and translate these into modern training offerings that may include e-learnings, trainings and workshops in an interactive environment.

- Create training plans from organizational goals and in cooperation with the Procurement department select external training courses that meet the desired quality

- Prepare reports and analyses to measure and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the training programs. Gathering feedback is a matter of course in order to continuously improve. From this you contribute to process improvements within the organization in the field of training and development.

- Keeping data on training participation and evaluation results.

What do you bring?

- Experienced professional with HBO working and thinking level with relevant work experience;

- Excellent communication skills. You are able to manage stakeholders and set priorities;

- Experience in setting up training programs and providing training.

- Customer focus and commercial mindset. You always put the customer interest and customer experience first and ensure personal development of our employees;

- Knowledge of the training market and relevant developments;

- Expertise in learning strategies, educational development and learning interventions;

A salary between € 3953 and € 5633 gross per month.
