Are you a visionary training specialist with a passion for developing people? Do you have in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and experience creating innovative training programs? De Hypotheker is looking for a driven L&D Specialist who wants to make a difference for our branches and employees!

What will you do?

As an L&D Specialist at De Hypotheker, you will be responsible for the multi-year strategic plan for our training programs. You will design, develop and implement training programs aimed at increasing the knowledge, skills and competencies of all our employees, including franchisees, customer advisors and commercial assistants. Your goal is for them to function optimally and grow continuously within their roles.

You will work on the following activities;

• Develop Training Programs:
• Analyze training needs and design customized training programs.
• Integrate various learning methods and technologies to create engaging and effective training programs.
• Collaborate with experts and ensure programs align with organizational goals.
• Keep track of developments and trends in the market and adjust training offerings accordingly.
• Establish the curriculum and quality of training and select external training in collaboration with procurement.
• Offer e-learnings, training and workshops in an interactive environment.
• Supervise employees in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide expertise and advice to branches on learning and development.
• Advise on development plans and pathways and assist in the creation of training plans.
• Contribute to process improvements in the area of training and development.
• Maintain accurate data on training participation and evaluation results.
• Compile reports and analyses to measure the impact of training programs.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.

What do you bring?

•  HBO+ working and thinking level.
•  At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
•  Demonstrable didactic knowledge and experience in education science.
•  Thorough knowledge of the education market and relevant developments.
•  Content knowledge of the mortgage market is a must.
•  Experience in setting up training programs and delivering training.
•  Pre: Experience building e-learnings.
