Job description

For this vacancy, we are specifically looking for Dutch speaking candidates.

As HR Data, Integration & Compensation Coordinator, you are the link between HR, IT and vendors.

You are responsible for the management, setup and optimization of our HR systems, including the integration with other tools. You also contribute to strategic reward issues and the translation of reward issues into our HR systems and support decision making with valuable data insights. Together with your team and our partners you will ensure efficient processes, a solid system landscape and high-quality services.

You will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and have a coordinating role; you will manage the employee Power BI & Integrated Reporting.

What will you do?

  • Optimization of HR systems: Manage, set up and improve systems such as ADP, Recruitee and Power BI to increase the efficiency of our HR processes.

  • Data analysis and reporting: Generate, collect and analyze strategic insights from HR data and reports for absenteeism, turnover and compensation issues for management.

  • Advisory function: Act as sparring partner for HR and management on complex reward issues and process optimizations.

  • Support and training: Being first point of contact for user questions and training colleagues in the use of HR applications.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization to successfully implement, integrate and execute HR projects.

  • Compliance and security: Ensuring data security and compliance with AVG legislation.

Job requirements

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or IT.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.

  • You are analytically strong and results-oriented.

  • Good at stakeholder management.

  • Experience with HR processes and applications, such as Power BI and preferably ADP.

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of reward systems and system integrations.
