What are you going to do?

As a Facility Expert you will contribute significantly to the continuity of our organization. You work within the field of Facility Management, where your work is always focused on ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees. You have an eye for the outside world and are aware of the latest trends and developments in the field of Facility Management, Hospitality, building management, sustainability and flexible workplace management.

In your work you are engaged in:

• The continuous improvement of current products and services by means of various analyses of a.o. internal customer measurements that you set up and put out.
• The independent execution and coordination of (improvement) projects and tenders in the facility area.
• Periodic coordination of facility products and services and monitors contract agreements.
• Housing issues. You are first point of contact for workplace furnishings and you ensure an up-to-date spot plan and furnishing plans.

In addition, you also take care of:

Communication from the facilities department towards all business units and ensure an updated facilities products and services catalog.

Reports on behalf of our ISAE and ISO certifications and in the area of sustainability (ESG, CSRD).

And then you are also:

• Rotating alert person in alarm follow-up.
• Deputy Coordinator for the Emergency Response, where you are point of contact for the emergency response team during emergencies and evacuations.

What do you bring.

• HBO working and thinking level in Facility Management.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position in a business environment.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Possession of a BHV/EHBO and team leader diploma is an advantage.
• Knowledge of technical building installations, FMIS and other facility systems.
• Experience with tactical facility procurement at tender level.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISAE
• Service-oriented, enthusiastic and where necessary hands-on work attitude.
• Ability to find solutions while considering the impact on other processes, departments and Business units.
