Your impact as a First Line Compliance Officer
As a First Line Compliance Officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and privacy within Quion Operations. You are the point of contact for compliance-related issues, including the reporting, registration, follow-up and monitoring of data breaches. You provide solicited and unsolicited advice on compliance and privacy and work closely with operational teams and second-line Compliance Officers.
What will you do?
Report, register, follow up and monitor data breaches.
Prepare periodic management reports on data breaches.
Advising on compliance and privacy related topics.
Maintain internal contacts with operational teams and second-line Compliance Officers.
Identify changes in laws and regulations and translate the impact to operational processes.
Support the drafting of new policies and frameworks.
Perform reviews on policy documents.

Job requirements
What do you bring?
At least a college degree, preferably in compliance, law or business administration.
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Wft, Wwft and AVG.
Wft Basis (and preferably Wft Hypothecair Krediet).
Knowledge of operational mortgage processes and relevant laws and regulations within the financial sector.
