Who are we?

The Gateway to the Dutch Mortgage Market

We are a young and ambitious organization that offers investors (including banks, insurers and asset managers) at home and abroad the opportunity to build a Dutch mortgage portfolio that is put together by DMPM according to the specific wishes of the investor. We are now heading towards €15 billion under management and continue to grow. We achieve this by bridging the gap between investors and consumers, with DMPM acting as lender to the consumer and as portfolio manager to the investor.

DMPM is part of a unique group of organizations (The Blauwtrust Group) around the entire Dutch mortgage chain, from consumers to providers. Who are we looking for?

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for performing analyses, preparing reports and building interactive dashboards. You will extract valuable insights from data by collecting, processing, analyzing and visualizing data. You do this to enable DMPM's clients to make the best decisions and comply with laws and regulations. But also to enable your colleagues to perform their work efficiently through data products.

You are the driving force behind providing insights and thus optimizing results!

What will you do?

As Data Analyst you are responsible for:

  • The (further) development of data products based on customer needs;
  • Performing ad hoc analyses;
  • Automating and optimizing data flows;
  • Maintaining contacts with suppliers regarding existing and desired data deliveries;
  • Monitoring automated data processing and acting where necessary.

Job requirements

What do we ask of you?

This position is particularly suitable for someone who has knowledge of and an affinity for the financial sector in which we operate. In addition, we ask the following of you:

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level (education at HBO / WO level in the direction of Business Intelligence, Data Science or similar relevant study) and several years of work experience in the field;
  • Knowledge and experience in programming in R (including Shiny);
  • Knowledge of and experience working in PowerBI;
  • Skilled with Excel;
  • Knowledge of mortgage market, SQL and privacy regulations (AVG) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of statistics. Knowledge of/experience with developing algorithms is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.

What do we offer?
