What will you do?

Blauwtrust Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team. As a Corporate Recruiter you will solve challenging recruitment issues and be the liaison between internal stakeholders and potential candidates. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and professional team using your expertise to attract the best candidates in the market.

In a nutshell, as a Corporate Recruiter you will be:

  • Setting up and executing effective recruitment strategies with the aim of attracting suitable candidates;
  • Managing the complete recruitment process consisting of vacancy intakes, conducting interviews and issuing offers;
  • sourcing candidates and building talent pools;
  • building relationships with external vendors and maintaining the existing candidate network;
  • Reporting on recruitment activities and keeping our ATS system (Recruitee) up to date.

Your work environment

As Corporate Recruiter you form the Talent Attraction Team of Blauwtrust Group together with your fellow Recruiters and the Employer Branding Manager. This team is the point of contact for everything related to recruitment & selection of new colleagues and onboarding! You are part of the HRM department.

Job requirements

What do you need for this position?

You show initiative. You want to be an expert in your field. Giving and asking for feedback is your 2nd nature. You get energy from working together in a complex environment and you see opportunities for development. You go for results and you dare to speak up. You are structured in your work, data-driven and can switch last-minute and stay alert under time pressure.

As a Corporate Recruiter you are a strong communicator, you can quickly switch between different layers in the organization. You are at your best in a dynamic environment and prefer to keep several balls in the air at the same time. You are a go-getter and come up with creative solutions. You are able to report on your activities and set up a data-driven recruitment strategy.

Furthermore:

You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter;

  • You have at least HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, such as boolean searches;
  • Do you have experience with setting up social media campaigns.
