Contract Manager Commercie

As a Contract Manager Commercie, you will be responsible for the management and execution of contracts of existing lenders within Quion. You monitor the full contract lifecycle and ensure that contractual agreements are met. Together with various stakeholders - such as legal teams and Strategic Relation Managers - you work to ensure optimal contract management and compliance with SLAs between Quion and its customers.

What will you do?

• Manage contracts: draft, amend, execute and monitor compliance.

• Identify and manage contract risks and disputes.

• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Analyze contract data and report to the commercial team.

• Develop and implement improvements in contract management processes.

• Establish, maintain and update SLAs in consultation with clients and internal teams.

This is you

• At least a college degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrable experience in contract management and negotiations.

• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Knowledge of contract legislation and market developments.

• Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills.

• Analytical thinking skills and solution orientation.

• Experience with contract management systems and MS Office.

• Command of the English language.
