Contractmanager

As an experienced Contract Manager, you are the lynchpin of Blauwtrust Group's procurement process, from strategy to supplier management. You work closely with various internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimally manage and improve contracts. You ensure that contractual agreements are met and remain alert to improvements that add value to our services.

Blauwtrust Group (BTG) connects supply and demand in the Dutch residential mortgage market through its business units De Hypotheker Associatie (DHA), Quion, ROMEO and Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM). Together they serve the entire Dutch mortgage chain from consumers to funders. With more than 30 years of experience, the group has built a solid position in the Dutch mortgage market.

What will you do?

• Procurement Strategy and Policy: Translate business goals into an effective procurement strategy and ensure policy compliance.
  
• Contract management and optimization: Negotiate, capture and optimize contracts. You will ensure an efficient contract life cycle and make adjustments as needed.
  
• Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers and build relationships that strengthen BTG. Monitor performance through SLAs and resolve escalations quickly and effectively.
  
• Risk management and compliance: Manage outsourcing risks and ensure all processes comply with laws and regulations.
  
• Stakeholder management: Ensure our procurement strategy is broadly supported within the organization and proactively communicate with management on the performance and status of our outsourcing partners.

What do you bring?

• Hbo working and thinking level
  
• Certifications such as NEVI or CATS CM are a plus
  
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the financial sector and with IT contracts
  
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English, have experience with Microsoft Office and contract management systems and you think strategically
  
• Personality: You combine your analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
