As a Client Support Assistant, you will be the driving force behind the administrative and operational support of the commercial team.

What will you do?

As a Client Support Assistant, you are the driving force behind the administrative and operational support of the commercial team. You facilitate efficient sales processes, support in customer surveys, manage communication with lenders and coordinate internal projects. Thanks to your efforts, commercial processes run smoothly and contribute to Quion's success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing the commercial annual plan in consultation with stakeholders;

  • Coordinating projects and preparing reports on progress;

  • Processing requests for the triage and pricing committee;

  • Supporting quotations, contract management and billing processes;

  • Directing customer surveys and external communications;

  • Organizing events and taking minutes of meetings;

  • Coordinate internal and external governance and ISAE controls.

Job requirements

This is you:

  • HBO working and thinking level;

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience within commercial financial services;

  • Knowledge of the mortgage market and relevant regulations;

  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;

  • Proactive attitude and analytical thinking skills;

  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
