As Client Change Manager, you will be responsible for the process around change requests from our lenders, with a specific focus on Risk & Compliance.
What will you do?
You are the central point of contact for all our clients when it comes to change proposals and requests, specifically in the area of Risk & Compliance. You coordinate the intake of customer requests and prepare these in accordance with the agreed process. In addition, you advise on prioritization and determine the appropriate approach for alignment with clients. You are also responsible for preparing substantive, non-functional communications to lenders. You optimize processes, ensure efficient, generic services and ensure compliance with SLAs and frameworks.
Your responsibilities include:
Responsible for translating client requests regarding Risk and Compliance related issues and handles and monitors the full process of these requests from entry to commercial proposal.
Intake of customer requests regarding Risk and Compliance related changes and translation to internal parties such as Risk & Compliance, Change and Operations.
Monitor submitted requests and timely follow-up.
Set up and maintain consultation structures towards lenders in the area of Risk & Compliance.
Responsible for RFIs and audits for Risk and Compliance from lenders.
Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and lenders.
Monitor progress of assurance reports and requests, including reporting and KPIs.
Answering client questions around Risk and Compliance requests and referring to other departments where necessary.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Actively keep abreast of developments and trends in the financial sector.

Job requirements
This is you:
HBO working and thinking level, with relevant qualifications.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which 3 years in a commercial position with a financial services company.
Thorough knowledge of the mortgage market, Risk & Compliance, and Quion's products and processes.
Experience with the Lean method and tools in customer-focused processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling presentations.
Knowledge of customer management and mortgage processes.
