De Hypothekers Associatie (DHA) is based in Capelle aan den IJssel and is the umbrella organization to which approximately 180 franchise branches of De Hypotheker are affiliated. Approximately 800 employees work at De Hypotheker and we have been the undisputed market leader in independent, expert and personal mortgage advice for over 35 years. DHA employs about 75 enthusiastic employees, who together ensure that De Hypotheker formula can be carried out in the best possible way.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Franchise Management & Real Estate (1 FTE).

In this versatile position, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining various administrative processes essential to the success of our organization.
What will you do?
- Franchise and Real Estate Administration: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative processes within the franchise and real estate departments. This includes drafting franchise agreements and processing changes in the legal form of Hypotheker businesses.
- Employee Management: You are involved in signing employees on and off, registering job changes and access changes for branches. You are also the point of contact for questions about appointment numbers.
- Real estate management: You will assist in drafting lease agreements, setting up new entities, and perform light legal work such as reading asset liability deeds.
- Onboarding: You will help organize the welcome day for new employees so that they can have a successful start within our company.
- Branch Mutations: You process branch mutations and ensure that all administrative and legal aspects are handled carefully.
- Candidate management support: You maintain close contact with vacancy holders and ensure an up-to-date overview of applicants and vacancies.
Job requirements
What do you bring.
- Minimum of MBO+ working and thinking level.
- Experience with administrative work, preferably within real estate and franchising.
- Affinity with legal documents and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- A proactive and independent work attitude, but you also function well in a team environment.
