The Role:

As a Senior (Technical) Business Analyst, you determine the best solution directions for changes in our IT landscape and ensure appropriate technical implementation. You understand and bridge the gap between functional, process, and technical designs. You are responsible for creating and reviewing process and technical designs. You mentor your fellow Business Analysts, act as a sparring partner, and work on complex (technical) issues. You will be part of the Integration team and report to the Product Manager and Product Owner.

What Will You Do?

• Act as a sparring partner for internal and external development teams
• Promote knowledge sharing among Business Analysts in terms of content and ways of working
• Translate architecture documentation into clear requirements and user stories
• Serve as a link between Business, Operations, and IT
• Analyze and draft business, user, and system requirements
• Contribute to process design and create impact analyses
• Draft solution designs and technical designs
• Create functional designs and data models
• Contribute to drafting test specifications and evaluating test results
• Create implementation scenarios and release notes
• Define user acceptance (test) criteria and support user acceptance testing

What Do You Bring?

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services
• Experience in designing solution designs and technical designs
• Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
• Strong analytical and coaching skills
• Knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as API Management, BizTalk, SSIS
• Knowledge of Cloud engineering (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and SQL is desirable
• Experience as a developer is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English
