Do you have in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and a keen eye for laws and regulations? Are you able to translate complex changes into clear product strategies? Then this position is for you. As Product Manager Regulatory Change at Quion, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of compliant and future-proof products and services.
What will you do?
As Product Manager Regulatory Change, you are responsible for end-to-end delivery from vision to realization within your domain. You create and implement product visions that align with customer needs, laws and regulations and market developments.
In short, as a Product Manager Regulatory Change:
You develop and implement a strategic product vision that aligns with customer needs, laws and regulations.
Follow and analyze market developments and legislation and translate these into product propositions.
You translate strategic goals and developments in laws and regulations into product propositions.
You ensure a balance between individual customer requirements and generic services.
Working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement changes in laws and regulations.
Monitor business cases and ensure effective benefit tracking.
Align product standards, procedures and compliance requirements within the Platform and Services catalog.
This is you
You are an analytical and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of product management, IT development and the mortgage market. You know how to translate complex regulations, customer needs and market trends into scalable and profitable solutions. In addition, you are communicatively strong and able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders in strategic change. You will report to the Head of Product Management within New Business Development at Commercial Quion.

Job requirements
What do you need for this position?
Need-to-haves:
WO working and thinking level.
Diplomas: WFT Basis, WFT Mortgage Credit and WFT Vermogen (WFT Consumptive and WFT Income are an advantage).
Preferably in possession of a PSPO II certification.
Minimum 3 years experience in Product Management and Product Strategy.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT development.
Minimum 3 years of experience with operational processes within the financial sector.
In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with stakeholder management and negotiations on a strategic level.
Knowledge of and experience with compliance and regulatory change within the financial sector.
Affinity with digital innovations and IT solutions within product development.
You are flexible and know when to take a leading or guiding role and when listening and waiting is more effective. In addition, you are able to negotiate strategic positions, combining an attitude of open consultation with strength and decision-making skills.
