What will you do?

You play a crucial role in making many people's dream come true: buying their own home. As a specialist in accepting mortgage applications, you will handle files from start to finish, checking that they meet the lender's standards. You give final approval and think along with solutions to complex issues, so that your clients can quickly get clarity on their mortgage options.

In addition, you identify bottlenecks and improvements in processes, and suggest innovations. Thanks to your experience, you are a point of reference for colleagues and help us to continuously improve our service.

Your team

You will work in a dynamic team in our mid-office, where we process mortgage applications for various lenders. Together with your colleagues, you will put everything in place to achieve the best results for our customers. Who are we looking for?

In addition to experienced mortgage underwriters, we are also interested in people with experience in the intermediary field, such as commercial staff or advisors. If you have experience in customer-oriented work and enjoy thinking along with customers and advisors, you will be a valuable addition to our team.

To do this job well you have the following requirements;

• Do you have at least a MBO level 4 diploma
  

• Do you have several years of experience as a mortgage underwriter or in a commercial role within the intermediary or in a similar position.
  

• Are you in possession of WFT Basic and WFT Mortgage Credit.
  

• Do you have experience with (telephone) customer contact and do you know how to work in a customer-oriented way?
