As a Client Change Manager, you will be responsible for the process around change requests from our lenders.
What will you do?
You are the central point of contact for all our clients when it comes to change proposals and requests. You coordinate the intake of customer requests and prepare these in accordance with the agreed process. In addition, you advise on prioritization and determine the right approach for coordination with customers. You are also responsible for preparing substantive, non-functional communications to lenders. You optimize processes, ensure efficient, generic services and ensure compliance with SLAs and frameworks.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling change requests from lenders to delivering a commercial proposal.
Preparing documentation and coordinating changes with relevant internal stakeholders.
Monitoring the progress of changes and preparing reports and KPIs.
Identifying commercial opportunities with customers and actively developing them within the Sales organization.
Maintaining good relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.

Job requirements
This is you
HBO working and thinking level, with relevant qualifications.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which 3 years in a commercial position with a financial services company.
Thorough knowledge of the mortgage market and Quion's products and processes.
Experience with the Lean method and tools and its application in customer-focused processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling presentations.
Knowledge of customer management and mortgage processes.
