Who are we?
Working at Quion means being part of a dynamic organization that plays a pivotal role in the Dutch mortgage market. With approximately 600 colleagues, we support lenders in offering and managing mortgages. Our ambition for the future is to support at least 1 million households in realizing their home ownership dreams.
Last year Quion started a branch in Portugal, Porto. The Porto office is fully operational and plays a key role in supporting administrative processes within financial services. While the Finance Funders team is currently based in Capelle aan den Ijssel, we are looking to strengthen the team by hiring an Employee Finance Funders on site in Porto.
What will you do?
Daily, accurate and timely processing of the financial administration of the funders.
Together with your colleagues, in Portugal and The Netherlands, you guide the internal departments with questions about the financial administration.
Managing and maintaining suspense accounts.
Supporting the (senior) employees and specialists Finance Funders
Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of administrative processes within the Finance Funders department.

Completed Secondary Education (Ensino Secundário Profissional, 12.º ano), comparable to Dutch MBO level 4.
Strong affinity with financial systems; experience with Unit4-Coda/Crescendo is considered a valuable asset.
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of English, with a minimum B2 level (Dutch is a plus but not required)
Experience working in an international context.
