Compliance Officer

What will you do?

• Advising colleagues and management on compliance, integrity, and regulatory matters.

• Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely implementation of relevant changes.

• Identifying compliance risks and translating them into practical improvements and control measures.

• Developing, implementing, and enhancing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• Assessing processes for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Promoting compliance awareness, integrity, and risk-conscious behavior across the organization.

• Collaborating with stakeholders from Risk, Legal, Privacy, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Supporting audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reporting activities.

• Providing pragmatic advice and tailored solutions while balancing regulatory requirements and business objectives.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the compliance framework and control environment.

• Contributing to a culture where integrity, reliability, and customer interests are central to decision-making.

What do you need for this position?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Law, or a related field.

• A completed compliance qualification or the willingness to obtain one.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment.

• Knowledge of relevant financial services regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and data protection requirements.

• Experience with compliance and integrity-related matters.

• Experience in identifying compliance risks, where relevant through digitally driven data analyses.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
