Back Office Administrative Assistant (38-40 hours)

As a leading company in the Dutch mortgage market, we specialize in managing mortgage-related administrative processes within the financial services industry. We are now expanding with a new branch in Portugal and are looking for a dedicated Back Office Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage operations.

What will you do?

• Administrative processing of mortgage applications and changes.

• Drafting and checking documents, such as invoices, contracts and repayment schedules.

• Managing customer data in systems and ensuring correct file formation.

• Reporting errors or irregularities in files or processes.

• Contributing to process improvement within the organization.

What do you need for this position?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum requirement: Secondary Education (Ensino Secundário Profissional, 12.º ano).

• Strong understanding of English, with a minimum B2 level (Dutch is preferred but not required).

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to adhering to industry requirements and best practices.

• Experience in an administrative role is a bonus, but not necessary – we'll teach you the skills you need!

• Independent and eager to learn and motivated to be part of an international team.
