Product manager 32 - 40 hours

The position
As product manager, you realise a range of money products and insurance policies that meet customer needs, comply with laws and regulations and support the organisation's strategic and commercial goals. You are responsible for the establishment, maintenance and expansion of contacts with existing and new suppliers, thus contributing to the strategic positioning.
You offer a current, clear and compliant product range. You ensure a distinctive chain design and optimal cooperation between all parties involved.
You act as a booster, point of contact and executor for all business units where customer needs, market developments and distribution opportunities are identified. You closely follow market developments within the financial sector and ensure that your knowledge remains up-to-date.

The team
The Commercial Department consists of the teams: Marketing and Communications, Franchise and Product Management. In this position, you will report to the Team Manager Franchise and Product Management.

What do you bring?

• HBO working and thinking level with 5-7 years working experience in a similar position in a bank or insurer;
• Experience to proactively develop the mortgage product board;
  
• Experience in realising projects in product and service development;
  
• A hands-on mentality and you are able to enthuse and convince others;
  
• You have connecting capabilities from your network;
  
• WFT basic, Mortgage or recognised mortgage or financial advisor.
