Functional Application Manager (32-40 hours)

What are you going to do?
As a functional application manager, you will be responsible for managing the primary De Hypotheker applications in such a way that they continue to meet user needs and requirements and that functionality remains consistent. The primary applications run in the Cloud. An important part of your work therefore consists of consulting with suppliers on resolving incidents and implementing changes. You analyze reported incidents, see if you can resolve them yourself, and if necessary, call in the supplier. Together with the business analysts, you examine what modifications to the application are needed to implement desired changes in functionality. If you can configure the modification yourself then you modify it yourself. If that is not possible, you will discuss the desired change with the supplier and together ensure a thorough impact analysis. After delivery of the adaptation you make sure that the changes are tested and accepted.

About the team
As functional application manager you report to the IT team manager. As functional application manager you work closely with the business analysts.

Who are you?

A hands-on professional with at least MBO / HBO working and thinking level who is eager to make a difference with your expertise. You are proactive, function well in a team, but can also work independently.

What do you bring?
- You have at least MBO or HBO working and thinking level;
- You preferably have knowledge of and experience with applications within the mortgage domain;
- You are certified in specialist ICT fields;
- You have a hands-on mentality and readily seek out others to achieve goals;
- You have knowledge and experience of agile methodology.
